Deletion of Account and Personal Data

In accordance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, Knowley users have the right to permanently delete their account and all associated data directly from within the app or via the web even if the app is not installed.

Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)

Open Knowley app > Go to Profile tab > Settings (Gear Icon) > Tap "Delete My Account" button. Once you verify your password, your account is deleted instantly.

Method 2: Deletion Request via Web / Email (Without App)

If the app is not installed on your device, you can send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" to support@knowley.app from the email address registered to your account. Your request will be processed within 24 hours at the latest, and a confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

Deleted Data Types (Permanent) Retention Period Reversibility
Email address, username, profile picture, Firebase UID, game scores, achievements, league rankings, and session logs. Immediately after request (max 24 hours). Irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Yes, downloading and playing Knowley is completely free. You can solve unlimited questions across 21 categories and compete in category leagues for free.
Tap the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen of the app. Enter your registered email address, and a dedicated password reset link will be sent to you.
Category leagues are live and instant. Every correct question you solve is instantly reflected in your league score and your ranking is updated.
Points and badges represent your knowledge level and your achievements in the game as prestige indicators. You can showcase your achievements by sharing your profile link with your friends.
