Kullanım Koşulları

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), Knowley ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasını ve knowley.app internet sitesini kullanımınızı düzenleyen bağlayıcı bir sözleşmedir. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları peşinen kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmetin Niteliği ve Kapsamı
Knowley; kullanıcıların genel kültür, bilim, tarih, spor, sanat gibi çeşitli kategorilerde sorular çözdüğü, kategori liglerinde ve genel sıralamalarda rekabet ettiği, rozetler ve puanlar kazandığı bir bilgi yarışması (quiz) platformudur. Hizmet, mobil cihazlar üzerinden iOS ve Android platformlarında sunulmaktadır.
2. Yaş Sınırı ve Hesap Oluşturma
- Knowley'e kayıt olmak ve hizmetleri kullanabilmek için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekmektedir.
- Hesap oluştururken doğru, eksiksiz ve güncel bilgiler vermekle yükümlüsünüz.
- Hesap şifrenizin ve oturum açma bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Her kullanıcı yalnızca tek bir hesap açabilir; sahte hesaplar ve çoklu hesap oluşturma yasaktır.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım ve Adil Oyun (Fair Play)
Knowley topluluğunun adil ve keyifli bir rekabet ortamı sunabilmesi için aşağıdaki eylemler kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Otomatik botlar, hile programları, scriptler veya üçüncü taraf yazılımlar kullanarak soru çözmek,
- Uygulamanın güvenlik açıklarını kötüye kullanmak veya tersine mühendislik (reverse engineering) uygulamak,
- Diğer kullanıcıları taciz edici, hakaret içeren, ayrımcı veya nefret söylemi barındıran kullanıcı adları veya profil içerikleri kullanmak,
- Sistem sunucularını veya veri tabanlarını aşırı yükleyecek eylemlerde bulunmak.
Hile veya kötüye kullanım tespit edilen hesaplar bildirimde bulunulmaksızın derhal kapatılabilir ve sıralamalardan çıkarılır.
4. Uygulama İçi Puanlar, Rozetler ve Ödüller
Önemli Hatırlatma: Knowley içerisinde kazanılan tüm puanlar, skorlar, lig dereceleri ve rozetler yalnızca oyun içi sanal başarı göstergeleridir.
- Oyun içi puanlar ve başarılar hiçbir şekilde nakit paraya veya maddi değere dönüştürülemez.
- Puan ve lig sistemi dinamik olup, sezonluk dönemlerde veya kategori güncellemelerinde sıfırlanabilir veya yeniden hesaplanabilir.
- Knowley, oyun mekaniklerini ve puanlama kurallarını önceden bildirim yapmaksızın geliştirme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.
5. Fikri Mülkiyet Hakları
Knowley uygulamasında yer alan tüm soru içerikleri, görsel tasarımlar, logolar, ses efektleri, arayüz bileşenleri ve kaynak kodları Knowley ekibinin mülkiyetindedir ve uluslararası telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır. Uygulama içeriği izinsiz kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.
6. Hesap Feshi ve Hesap Silme
Kullanıcılar diledikleri zaman hesaplarını kapatma ve silme hakkına sahiptir:
- Uygulama içerisinden: Profil > Ayarlar > "Hesabımı Sil" adımlarını izleyebilirsiniz.
- Web veya e-posta ile: Destek Sayfamızdan veya support@knowley.app adresine yazarak hesap silme talebi iletebilirsiniz.
- Kullanım koşullarının ihlali halinde Knowley, ilgili hesabı tek taraflı olarak askıya alma veya kalıcı olarak kapatma yetkisine sahiptir.
7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması ve Garanti Reddi
Knowley, hizmeti "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunmaktadır. Teknik kesintiler, internet bağlantı hataları, üçüncü taraf platformların (Firebase, Apple, Google) arızalarından kaynaklanan veri kayıpları veya aksaklıklardan dolayı doğrudan ya da dolaylı sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
8. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetkili Mahkeme
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğabilecek her türlü uyuşmazlıkta İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri münhasıran yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Knowley ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Knowley mobile application and website at knowley.app. By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Knowley is a competitive trivia and quiz application where users answer questions across diverse categories (history, science, pop culture, sports, etc.), compete on live category leagues and global leaderboards, and earn virtual badges. The service is available on iOS and Android platforms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Knowley.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Each person is entitled to one single account; the creation of multi-accounting or fraudulent profiles is strictly prohibited.
3. Acceptable Use and Fair Play Policy
To preserve integrity and healthy competition across our player community, the following practices are strictly forbidden:
- Using automated bots, macro scripts, cheating tools, or unauthorized software to answer questions,
- Attempting to probe, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the application code or API,
- Choosing usernames or submitting profiles containing hate speech, harassment, impersonation, or offensive material,
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or overwhelms our infrastructure.
Any account found cheating or abusing game mechanisms is subject to immediate termination and leaderboard forfeiture.
4. In-App Points, Badges, and Virtual Assets
Important Notice: Points, scores, ranks, and badges obtained within Knowley are virtual indicators of gameplay achievement and carry NO real-world monetary value.
- Virtual points cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred for legal tender, goods, or services.
- We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or recalibrate league seasons and scoring metrics for competitive balance.
- Knowley reserves the right to adjust game features and scoring mechanics without prior liability.
5. Intellectual Property
All original quiz questions, graphics, characters, branding, audio assets, and underlying code are the exclusive intellectual property of Knowley. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or extraction of content is strictly prohibited by international copyright laws.
6. Termination and Account Deletion
You have the right to close and delete your account at any time:
- Inside the App: Go to Profile > Settings > tap "Delete Account".
- Via Web or Email: Visit our Support Portal or email support@knowley.app to request account termination.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Knowley is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Turkey.
